Rebar Splicing technology is mainly divided into three Types:

Rebar Splicing -Roll Thread Method:

TMT Bar Rib Pressing : TMT bar first applied on hydraulic rib press machine,where ribs to be  pressed to maintain equal outer Diamaeter.

Tensile strength is increases by pressing the ribs as molecules get compressed and Compact ,due result tensile strength increases.

Rebar Splicing Technology-Rebar Cold forging splicing system

Cutting : TMT bar to be cut perfect perpendicular at surface

Forging Operation : TMT bar to be forged by rebar cold forging machine so that OD of TMT bar increases due to no lack of cross section area during threading operation

Ex- 32 mm TMT bar is forged upto 36 mm ,addition of 4 mm in OD

Rebar threading operation : TMT bar to be threaded after forging operation as per coupler design

 with standard pitch

Coupler joining process:
