 Defination- Rebar Coupler Is A Basically Mecenical Splicing system. Used In  Rebar Forging and Threading System.

Basically Rebar Coupler Is Pure Construction Related Product Mostly Use at Construction sites Like Building Constructions, Infra Projects , Bridges And Dams, The Nature Of Rebar Coupler Is Merging TMT Bars In Pillars Of Building & Infra Constructions.

Types Of Rebar couplers.

Basically There Are Two Types Of Rebar Couoler

1) Threaded Couoler

2) Non- Threaded Coupler

*Threaded Coupler - Threaded Coupler Use For To Joint The Tmt bars After Completing Threading Process Of TMT Bars, In Threaded Coupler There Are Also Two types Of Coupler .

*.Roll Threaded Couplers & Cold Forged Couplers.

In Both The System (Roll Thread & Cold forged) The Threading Of TMT Is required. But in Cold Forged Coupling System The Extra Process Is Forging.. Means for Cold Forged System Of coupling The Forging Is Require Of TMT. In This Process Firstly TMT Bars Forged by Rebar Cold Forging Machine. with The Help Of hydraulik Pressure Of Machine..

* The cold Forged Coupling System Is Known As IS Passed System All Governments Infra Projects Are Use Only Cold Forged System.

2) Non Threaded Coupler.

Non- Threaded coupler Refers To Couplers Are  Made And Fix Without Threading Process In Coupler As well As TMT Bars. In Non Threaded Coupling System Formally Two Couplers Are Currently Use.

* Mbt Coupler & Allenkey Coupler

Mbt Coupler Is Basically Designed For Only At Critical Cases.. in Mbt couplers There Are 6 to 8 Bolts And The Length Of Mbt coupler Is Almost 180mm And More Is Greater Thant Rebar Threaded Couplers.. It"s Used  when Lapline And threading Is Not Possible At construction site..
